it's only my 3rd day of work at iras and i took half day leave becos of jialing eh. heehee. i'd an eye-check appointment with her..for her to check my eye sight cos she's having attachment at SP's optical centre. i feel happy to be able to help my future optometrist friend. who knows i may get eye checks and contact lenses for free in future when she has her own optical shop? LOL. in any case.. i made a trip down to Singapore Polytechnic (my 1st trip there) and i realised the school is reali freaking big. i actually took a map and went in the admissions office to ask for directions!

but i was not late for my appointment though cos i already sort of predicted that i'll be lost. I went almost 30 mins earlier juz in case. lalala. i was shocked at the "seriousness" of this eye check..cos i tot it'll onli be me and jialing in the room..we can talk cork while she does the check for me..but her lecturer was inside too to observe her, so there she was very tensed up and tried to look professional. and i tried my best to control my laughter. wahaha. well i tot that jialing was quite pro actually, i feel juz like an usual visit to the optician. after the check, she said that my eyes are very healthy, and the surprising thing was the condition of my eyes didnt seem that i've been wearing contacts for almost 4 years! which equals to perfect condition la. i'm darn proud of it man. LOL.

after which, i met jennifer and jessamine at chinatown..we were going to buy charms and materials to make necklaces and bracelets. it was a few hrs of choosing charms and shopping! how fun is that! we shopped until almost all the shops were closed..and went home with our satisfied buys. heehee.
