was working part-time @ John's company today and tml..it was simple but interesting work..keying in data of primary and secondary school kids' artworks (with their forms attached behind)for the anti-drug abuse competition into Excel. I had the chance to look thru the students' work and had really great entertainment. I had to organise the art pieces according to levels, then key in their names, school, class, email address and contact number. Came upon this Anglo Chinese School (Junior) boy's artpiece with his form attached behind, stating the e-mail address: S0lame@hotmail.com. He even indicated arrows that the S was capital and the 0 is a Zero. How cute can a 9 yr old be!! It makes me really wanna be a teacher again..=)
who can really understand the torment of job hunting? it's sometimes demoralizing and even depressing. 2 mths since I left IRAS without a job..sent out 10 resumes, 3 replied and went for 3 interviews, turned down one becos it was not the job i initially applied for, and back to hunting again..this process is indeed tedious and tiring..more tiring than anything. i wish i could go back to school. we cleared up our misunderstanding, finally. he's been so nice to me now, juz like before..my only wish is to be with him more, be there for him every book out..this has been a weekly routine, i cannot be not waiting for him at his camp or not with his parents when they fetch him during his book out. every single book out march 21st, not one i missed waiting to fetch him. i told myself to be there for him is all i can do, i cannot be with him in camp, but listening to his army stuff and waiting is all i can do for him..i hope tis period of job hunting can faster pass, and we can get all settled down, with him in army and me having a stable income. then we can plan for our holidays after his commissioning parade soon! =)
i nid him to get a new table quickly, and arrange his wardrobe in place so i can bring my stuff over!!! i seriously can't wait. hiak hiak.
