yesterday was my 1st driving lesson after stopping for 3 months! and my instructor praised me that i'm still not so bad considered not driving for so long :D weehee. yesterday was a relaxed day, had a meeting with the Director where he wants to meet new staff, the whole talk lasted almost an hour, I officially got to noe more about the Police Force, and the background of my colleagues. den we'd a year-end briefing at Police Cantonment Complex, so the group of colleagues made our way to Chinatown to have lunch for the yummy porridge! the briefing was zZzZzZzZz has i did not understand many terms.. but it was an eye-opener :)
after work, I went to Raffles City's Roxy Shop as I received an invite for their opening! It was a real cool event, there's 15% storewide *grins*, free manicure, finger waxing, a roxy goodie bag (though the contents weren't that fantastic) and food! The food was pretty good though. There was many kinds of sushi, soft drinks, juices and beer. The onli sad thing was I went alone. yes ALONE, cos I'd to rush for my driving after that. I only stayed for abt 30 mins and had to rush off. :( i'll be meeting jessamine and jennifer for shopping later!! wondering why there's no pics? cos sean took our camera to thailand..hope he comes back with nice pictures! can't wait for him to come back..another 10 more days!
Still in a dilemma whether to book my 21st chalet at downtown east or costa sands pasir ris.
