Valerie's last day at work..ppl just come and go in life..treasure the times we had during lunch!!


4 limited gathering for CNY :)

Took half day today, and we had our always-forever-procrastinating-long awaited KTV session!

Sang from 2.30pm to 8pm at Suntec K-box. Found out a new rule in K-Box (can tell i've not been to K-box for sometime) that the no. of pax had to be confirmed upon entering..let's say if your friend "dua" you..you'll still have to pay for his/her share.

That's what makes me boil when jiang ping could only make it for dinner, the manager refused to budge when i "pleaded" him to count as 4 pax. it was 1 hour after we sang when she told me she can't mk it for ktv..seriously, i tink they should change this stupid policy. To us customers, we are at a LOSE-LOSE situation cos they charge for HEAD COUNT. If 1 friend doesnt turn up, the rest have to pay and split the bill. In the end, K box gains WITHOUT HAVING TO DO/LOSE ANYTHING. is this really a way to protect their interests? This is robbery!!!! A lesson learnt. In the end, I kp-ed the manager and walked away..and like 10 mins later..they served us a fruit platter. WELL.. I tink though they tried to make up, they should still revise this.

In the end, jp came. but like 5++..sigh..

Dinner was Kenny Rogers. We walked to Bugis for a bus ride home; and I miss those days where we walk to Pasir Ris interchange after band practices. :)))
