Hmm to those who know the camera that we have now..this model NV24 HD looks very much like the brother of our current one, except.....it has
24mm ultra wide angle leh!!!! super tempting..and its less bulky than our current camera..cos the current one has 7x optical zoom..the optical zoom for this model is not stated leh..shall see how it goes!
Just came back from Lihong's hse warming..me, pecksin, yali and sean got bedsheets for her from IKEA on friday..well, didnt know bedsheets cost a bomb. After the hse warming, I went Bedok Lib and borrowed MORE travel guides on London, the guides we previously borrowed were simply rubbish lah...simi Walks of London..the whole book is about how to walk in London from point to point..Not informative at all!!! I wish that there'll be a guide book solely on shopping and food..more relevant to cheapskates like me who only wanna chiong cheap stuff!
OUR TRIP IS FINALISED!
Just called up CTC Holidays on Thursday to confirm our booking for our Paris and London accomodation, plus our Eurostar pass from Paris to London. We'll be transiting in Shanghai, before we make our way to Paris.
For Paris, we are staying in this 3 star Apollo Opera hotel..some sneak previews =)) hope the hotels are clean and convenient..and most importantly, safe.
For London, I did not manage to get any pictures from the net..probably because it was a too budget hotel..=)
went Suntec yesterday specially to check out the portable hard disk.. to our horror.. the turnout was worst than I expected. We had to park all the way at Esplanade! I caught this picture while making our way up to the halls, making me one of those irritating ppl who walked so slowly and blocked the passage of others. heehee.
We so need to get our photos and docs organised. Finally we got this! Else it would have been a bloody wasted trip.
